Timely Delivery: We put in our best efforts to ensure timely pick-up and delivery; however, there may be incidents beyond our control or instances of Force Majeure where we may not be able to stick to the timelines. In such cases, customers cannot claim any compensation, refunds, or reduction in charges.

Garment Examination: Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.

Fabric & Design Disclaimer: We are not responsible for fastness, running of colour, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments/embroidery work on garments during the cleaning process.

Stain Removal: Every effort is made to remove stains, but Vinayak Laundry will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.

Customer Risk: All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk.

Delivery Timelines: Laundry deliveries will be made within 60 hours.

Uncollected Garments: We will not be responsible for the upkeep of garments if they are not collected within 10 days from the scheduled delivery date.

Loss or Damage: We accept no liability for any loss or damage of clothes arising due to fire, burglary, or natural causes.

Tariff: The tariff of garments will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. Rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.

Cleaning Process: We will undertake the cleaning of garments in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. Cleaning methods may include wash with emulsifiers, detergents, softeners, soft wash for delicate garments, and technologies like Perchloroethylene or Hydro Carbon.

Dry Cleaning Timeline: Dry-cleaning garments will be delivered within 90 hours.

Digital Presence: We are digitally active on all major social media platforms.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.

Promotional Use: We may use images of your clothes for promotional purposes.

Price Variation: Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.

Hidden Defects: Vinayak Laundry shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage, cuts, holes, scratches, or stains that become apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear & tear, or exposure to environment.

Stain Removal Disclaimer: We put in our best efforts to remove stains or unwanted marks; however, we cannot guarantee 100% removal. Customers will have no claim or right to ask for deductions in processing charges on account of this.
